Refund policy

At Saekodive, we believe diving should be fun and shopping for your gear should be easy.

We allow divers to shop with peace of mind by offering a flexible return policy: a 30/90-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products.*Customers will have 30 days to return the product for a full refund, and another 60 days (90 days total) to return and choose either credit or product replacement. Original shipping charges are not refunded. 

  • For refunds: Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of cancellation.  
  • For credit: We will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 business days, upon receipt of your return. 
  • For product replacement: We will pay the replacement shipping fee (only in the Contiguous 48 United States). All in all, our customers don’t have to worry about finding the wrong size or an unwanted product.

* For a successful return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a new saleable condition. This entails keeping all labels and tags intact, with no indications of wear or prior usage. Should the item be determined as used, no refund, credit, or product replacement will be provided, and the item will be returned. Please ensure that the original receipt or packing slip accompanies the return. Saekodive USA is not responsible for items lost in transit. If order from 3rd party sources such as Amazon or resellers, please note that items acquired should be returned to those specific locations, subject to their respective return policies. Our Return Policy is not applicable for commercial and bulk orders.
